but first, calm down.
does it click when you press the button? it could just be a bad battery.

I had an issue like yours... my 03 S2k would turn and turn and turn but never start. Come to find out it was a bad cell in the battery. Might want to check that... if you can jump start it but it wont start under its own power I would suggest replacing the battery.

could be, but that can easily be bypassed, just requires some wiring.

maybe its ur battery, i remember i shorted my battery cause of the push start button. it would make a fast ticking sound, but as i held it for a long period of time it didnt tick anymore. i had a friend jumpstart it. got the battery checked out, and it was the battery. so check this first, or maybe check the fuses.
when it is turning over is the immobilizer light blinking? the little light on the dash that has i think yellow and has a little picture of the key. if that is blinking then the immobilizer is not leting it start try a different key if you have one. if it still blinks you will most likely need to get it to a dealer. let me know what you find.
could be your spark plugs, have you checked those? or if you have nothing wrong with the motor, you could try getting a new start button at

he said the motor turns over, so it sounds like the start button is working.

well figured it out it was a set of shitty plugs but they were the plugs from the factory with only 20,000 on them and they had spark when i took them out but put new ones in and she fired right up
I would investigate that problem a little further.....Even if all 4 s. plugs were in poor condition, chances are the car would still start....It may of been dumb luck it started w/ the new plugs.....Either way, just keep an eye on things for a little while....What did the old plugs look like????Post pics if u can...
