hey
ive seen alot of DIY polishing lately..they all looks really good..so i was thinking, the honda OEM 15x6 steelies have a nice lip on it..i'm thinking of polishing the lip...but i i'm not sure if steel can be polish..? or cant it? i know steel rust real fast if they get expose..so i dont know..any of you got any ideas..? i know it will look good if the polishing is successful..

any metal can be polished if you have the patience. While not necessarily my taste, I applaud your originality. How about throwing a clear coat on after polishing to prevent rusting?

Polished lips + Clear coat = bling bling steelies!

but he has the right idea, polish it the spray some clear almost immediately. just watch out if you ever curb or rock hits your wheel and put more clear on or it will get surface rust
