Default Adjustable ball joints vs. Camber Kit..

Just curious as to what the better way to go it..I checked the guide and found camber kits listed but no adjustable ball joints. Has anyone ever used ball joints?

..This is in regards to a 4th gen that is lowered 3 inches..

It sounds like a good idea, I guess it would be less stress on parts during a drop like the control arm etc. A camber kit merely adjusts or corrects that "bend" versus a adjustable ball joint would seem to be more of a ever-correcting joint. GL and if you do it post pics

my friend has a kit on the front of his prelude. it seems to work pretty good. i was wondering about the clearance issues in the fender well.

i have the spc ball joint camber kit for the front. works fine. easy to adjust. but if you're too low it will hit the wheel well.. you'd probably want to cut a hole where the bolt hits and weld it so it will have some clearance

adjustable ball joints ARE camber kits jsut one of the various different styles.
there are two styles of anchor bolt kits (SPC and Ingall's, then there are the replacement upper a-arms and then an adjustable ball joint kit.
in accords you will always have fender to a-arm clearance issues with any of those kits though if you are too low.

ok how about for me.
I have a 93 accord
4 door
neuspeed sports (roughly 2inch drop all around)
I go throught tires once every 2 years and over time it gets expensive.

I'm thinking about ProgressiveAuto. But they have 2 kinds
Pivot Mount
or
Ball joint

which one would be best effective and easy to install.... (both are same price)

NOt completely

So then there are three different styles 1. camber kits(ingalls), 2. replacement a-arms, and 3. adjustable ball joints(spc)...all correct camber..my question is which one is the optimal way to go..

A arms would probably be the best choice. Butr finding a company that makes them might be hard. From looking at the skunk 2 a arms (and yes i know they arent offered for 4th gens) they are a bit smaller smalled which would prevent the clearance issues you would have with anchor bolts or ball joints, but i still havn't found any offered for our 4th gens by any company. I have ingalls (poly) myself and my car is dropped about 2" in the front and about 1.8" in the rear (washer trick). and they are working fine for me.

lol, how? I'm not arguing, I just want to know how something that corrects a vehicles camber cannot be called a "camber kit". It might not be a "kit", but it performs the same function.

Thats my question...why is it usually suggested to go with a "Ingalls Camber Kit" rather then a SPC Adjustable ball joint?

it seems as though others have noted a clearance issue, if this is the case then it is something to consider. what are the prices on each of these applications?
