actually with a lil modification to a normal strut and a set of any coil overs can get you that low, and koni yellow with the custom GC sleeve, could probably get you around there, and some full coil overs can get you that low.
now you wana talk about ride quality well thats a whole different story.

Also if you want to lower an eg or dc2 you can use ef series full coilovers or any strut and spring meant for the 88-91.
So you need the struts,springs or coilover sleeves and the lower front fork that hooks to the strut.

A kid i know has a coupe with tien SS and he has it dropped lower than that... negative camber is like 20 degrees lol.. it looks nice and handles like it's on rails but definately not for driving around here.. but then again hes from Long Island... whole different story with the roads out there..

Long Island not Queens.. its bad in Queens, I know i live here.. If i post pics of my oil pan you'll all have nightmares.. Long Island has long straight smooth roads.. the parts that I've been in anyway...

wow sick, i think im gonna go cut my springs in half now so that way i will not only ruin my shocks by bottoming all the time but totally destroy my handleing capabilities.

coilovers can get you that low. theres probably many people on H-T that low. you're just looking at the lip and saying, "DAMN THATS HELLA LOW!" its the lip is whats making it look that low.

yeah the lip is just making the illusion that it's so low. My car used to be that low too but it had a good ride on the tokico struts and coilovers. That car probably sucks

Brings back memorys...I had the cheap *** "Arospeed" kit and (like a dumbass) put the springs on...and no purches. Droped it about 4 1/2 total. The ride is a different story, but it actually looked and handled decent with the 1.5. Then I put the ls in with the same setup...bad idea. I going through tires and wheel bearings every month. The shocks...see them around...ended up putting everything stock back on.
