How to remove crank gear?

I'm trying to remove the inner most crank gear on my h23... I know you are supposed to remove the key but I doesn't seem to want to move and I was hoping someone could just tell me how your supposed to do it because I searched and couldn't find anything except "remove the key".... grrr

Yeah, thats what it sounds like he is talking about.. Crank pulley.
