I received a payment for some parts via paypal... I keep emailing the purchaser so I can go ahead and send out the parts... he is from Germany.
The money finally cleared and now when I email him the mail keeps getting returned to me...
Can money transfered from paypal be taken back? or could he have used a stolen credit card or something that paypal may pull the funds back?
I need to get a hold of this guy regardless for his shipping address... its kinda weird to me that hes nowhere to be found...
SO, what do I do?

WHat parts was this for, and for what amount? As long as it cleared you should be good. The only thing that he/she can do is file a complaint with paypal, but that does not even guarantee them there money back. Paypal will never just take $$ from you, they investigate and hear both sides of the story, and if you can prove that everything is legite then they just drop the case becuase I have had that happen to me before.

I highly doubt someone would try to do fraud through paypal, but PM me more about the situation just for an extra opinion if that helps
