whats good exhaust for 89 civic?
My Greddy MX suits me well.
It has a great sportscar tone, very little rasp, and a good amount of burbling when decelerating. Plus it has 2.5" stainless piping.

my buddies HKS sport exhaust was nice, it was super quiet. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=795227 it is for sale too.
Using Honda-Tech for the first time --
I'm using an Invidia cat-back exhaust for my '90 EF Si hatch. It's high quality stainless steel with mandrel bends. Nice sound and not loud.
Had it for three months, purchased new for $400, and now I'm looking to sell for $100 + exchange of stock exhaust system. Check out pics at: http://photos.yahoo.com/don_tot2002

Very nice looking car. What kind of springs do you have? Do you know how much it lowered the ride height? I'm using Eibach Sportlines and they're too low. I'm thinking of switching over to the Eibach Pro-Kits.
I just bought my Ultra flo ss. I m pretty damn happy with the sound its quiet till you punch it, plus not bad for what i paid for. Summit got it for 115 shipped.
whats up man, your best bet would be a custon 2.1/4" piping w/magna flow muffler, i had a thermal on my car, paid close to $500. w/shipping, just sold it a month ago for $300. and got me a nice magna flow muffler w/summit glasspack and custom piping, and it all cost me under $300. and sounds nice and deep. i have no cat, using a test pipe. and my exhaust system is 2.5" piping. would post up pics as soon as i get a hold of a d/camera. good luck
Don, i have a stock system, like brand new, cat even... ill trade you but shipping would be hella cause i live in BC canada... let me know if ur still up for this
