hey guys i created this thread so we can clear up some of the space with all the "looking into getting a bike" threads that keep popping up. and for people with simply put "stupid" questions.

so heres my stupid question. Does anyone know someone who is selling a 600cc sport bike 600rr, r6, or gsxr600? i live in the seattle/bellevue area and want to start rideing again. looking for a 99+

i know where to look online and in the papers and stuff. but i have heard that some of the best deals are word of mouth. thats the only reason i posted this up

 

i heard someone from r6messagenet was sellin an r6 up in seattle

 

whats the deal with the new r6s... i heard that they have a recall or something on them... i think it had to do with the ignition or something?

anyone have info on that?

 

there is already a thread on here about 2003 r6 recalls. the 04's are fine so far.
