Ok i had a broken distributor cap bolt that broken off flush. My neighbor who is a mechanic claimed he could get it out no problem really screwed it up. He tried to drill a hole in the broken bolt and he said the drill didn't stick so there is a diagonal hole in the housing where that bolt goes. The car still runs fine with out that bolt but it just erks me and i was wondering if there is anyway to fix it for cheap i was thinkin some kind of jb weld or something like that then just tapping that but it seems to simple to work. Any ideas? Thanks

 

Craftsman has some tool to remove broken bolts and stuff. You could try that, if you haven't already. The JB weld might work...
