breaking in quife LSD and Titlon carbon clutch
any special break in time on the Quife and the clutch? Any special transmission fluid I should run or just usual ITR tranny oil?

The Quaife doesn't need a breakin, and you can use regular tranny fluid. I don't know about the clutch; if I'd spent that much money on one I'd take it easy the first 250 km or so, just to make sure...
