Dropped a Synchro what could be wrong with the Box?

Dropped a Synchro what could be wrong with the Box?
I think the box in my cousins NSX has dropped a synchro, bascially cant shift into 1st 3rd or 5th, but i can get into 2nd 4th and sometimes reverse...
The box is going to come out.... the cars got about 120,000kms on it, change to a exedy Twin plate racing clutch from a OEM one about 4,000kms ago... Do you think the harshness off this clutch and the milege on the motor and box be the cause of this problem.
The problem started while driving in city traffic...

I think the problem is more, to be quite frank, bad shifting and/or bad/wrong/low fluid. High mileage added in doesn't help either.

Check i think the countershaft snap ring those sometimes break ,there is a allen head plug on drivers side to check for any damage
