timing on a crx si?
Try 18 degrees advanced, popular setting, I run it in my EF SI hatch as well as my E-Prepared 85 CRX.
I tested this on a dyno, and anything about 18*, and the power dropped off.

Stock timing is 18degrees.What mods do you have? Use the light(one with an advance dial) to put it at 20-21degrees your car will not ping on 92+octane at 21.
I can run a zc at 21 degrees with 89octane with no ping(i/h/e).Remember to check for the pinging, drive at a low speed put it in a high gear and floor it.
