Default Value of 98 R with 100k miles

Im thinking about selling my 98 CW ITR ONLY because i am very broke and could use the cash right now. The car is in very good condition. All of the maintenance/service has been taken care of (timing belt, water pump, fuel pump, valve adjustment, tranny fluid change, regular oil changes, etc). I know this doesnt make the value of the car go up but here are my mods. Intake, header, exhaust, kenji p28 chipped ECU, short shifter, piaa fog lights, sylvania headlight conversion, clifford alarm system, gunmetal ITR wheels (which are in perfect condition), vix carbon fiber hood, clutch masters stage 1 clutch and SO3 pole position tires....Anyways, the car has near 100k miles on it and starts, idles, and drives perfect with one exception, it needs an alignment. Im only looking to sell the car if I can get a good enough deal on it. Can you guys please give me an approximate window of what the value might be? Thanks!

Why does it need an alignment?

What intake, header, exhaust mods?

I would say 14-15k would be optimistic.

~12k. With Type R's roaming around for 16-18k with less then half that mileage, it will be hard to sell. The market is bad right now.

i think you can get around 12-14k, your car has alot of miles and autotrader has Rs going for around 16-18k with less than 50k.

$11-12K. Would probably sell for $1-2K more if it were stock, but it's not.

I would post an ad as $13,500 or best offer and see what action you get.

You should put it back to stock. One, you'll get more money for it. Two, you'll get an extra 1-2k for your parts. If you did it this way, you could probably get 1-2k for your parts, and 14k for your car.

Then you might have to wait a while, market is sort of bad right now....

That's the second time someone has said its a bad market.

WTF? Since when? ITRs have been getting really good money and a good number of them have been sold/bought recently. I fail to see how that is a bad market. '97-98's are going for 15-17, '00-'01's are going for 16-18, sometimes more... what is so BAD about that? Any car with 100k or more is going to be sold for less, its a fact.

What are you guys, market analysts? Just copying what the other wrote?

What is a "sylvania headlight conversion" -- different bulbs?

I would say ~$12K - $14K with that mileage.
