what causes a cel 45?

Default what causes a cel 45?

i have pulled this code lately. it states that system is too rich or too lean. recently i turbod my y8 and wasnt sure what would cause it. is my catalytic converter history or what?

don't worry, a lot of turbo'd hondas seem to be getting it. i get it too and it pisses me off. but i just turn the engine off and on and it's gone. it's just annoying to see cause it makes me worry about other things in/on the car.

anyone else know what may be the cause of a cel 45 on a turbod with afc hack at 7 psi? does it put my car in limp mode?
