does anyone know of any good sites that have pictures and instalation instructions for coilover suspension spring? thanks in advance for any help....deffinatly not gonna pay to have some schmuck do it wrong....

 

I just installed ground control coil overs on konis in my 99 Accord 4-dr. Got 500psi springs for the front and 350psi for the rears. This is for a track-attack daily driver. let you know how it handles.

Welcome to HT&gt;...first start by reading the guide at the top of the page you will get some general info about you suspension and the parts that are intailed..next search...the option in the upper right hand corner of your screen needs to become your friend. then if you still have some questions ask....
