Default which dizzy do i need???/

i got a '90 STD (d15 dual point)

it needs a new head gasket and an exhaust valve is bad, so i want to make it multiport while i do that.

but im thinking about putting on a sohc vtec head, and then a z6 intake and TB.

but what distributor will i need?

zc intake manifold wont fit on a sohc vtec head (i assume ur talking about the dual cam ZC) if you stay obd0 you need a 88-91 si or ex distributor. if you go obd1 u need a 92-95 civic si or ex distributor

All correct! You need an ECU too don't forget!

You are changing over to OBD1 then correct? If so I recommend a conversion harness. OBD0 - OBD1

if your going mpfi, obd0 then you need 88-91 Si or HF dizzy. DX dizzy does not have #1 cyl position sensor in it. you can not modify the z6 dizzy to work obd0. from what ive read, you will also need an adjustable timing gear. id strongly recommend a tranny upgrade also.. the std tranny is a beast
