please tell me you can use wheel spacers on drum brakes... PLEASE!

i think my new wheels are too wide and im afraid of rubbing against the upper arm of my 91 civic Si

there 15X7 Kosei K1's witha offset of 45

anybody here running these rims with 205 tires on a 91 civic Si without issues?

please help me out.
