OK, so i just bought azect sideskirts and a type r front lip and the azect sideskirts make your car about 1" lower appearance wise... Now, the question is should I get 16's or 17's? With 16's will my car be too low? I don't want to raise my car at all because i like the "slammed" look lol... Should I go with 16's or 17's...opinions and suggestions welcomed Thanks

 

Why don't you make up your own mind instead of relying upon what everyone else thinks.

 

Its not like im askin a straight up question whether i should get 16's or 17's. I want to know if with the azect sideskirts and the 16's, will I have to raise up my car? So that will determine whether i should get 16's or 17's///

 

it really depends on what size tire you got 215/45/17's is about the same height as 215/50/16's but i think the 50 series 16's should be fine

 

Well it all depends on the weather and what side of the US you are on. If you are on the east coast durring the winter 17's, but if it is durring the summer on the west coast you'll need 20's.....


I think you should try to keep your wheel diameter as close to stock as possible regardless of what size rim/ tire you go with. IF you have concerns of the sides skirts maybe lift your car up a bit.

 

I would say 16's. Just my opinion though.

17's are just too big/heavy and ricey for me. But its all about what you want.

 

get some 17s.
