cooling fan problem.

hi,

when ever i click to ACC (engine hasn't start yet) the cooling fan goes on automatically, even from a cold start from the morning. there is no check engine light. what could possibly set this off?

maybe a bad relay ???? check all the fuses and see if theirs anything astray round there...
