I hate ricers, and can't understand them. Maby you guys can help me understand.

Why do kids put the 4foot wings on there car? Are they trying to make it look like something cool? Do they think it will help with downforce? Do they like the way it looks?
Also whats with the bigass mufflers kids run. Why? Do they realize everyone laughs at them.
I'll probably always hate that ghetto rice shiut, but maby if I can understand it I wont hate quite as much.

i dunno about the 4' wings or "fart pipes" but the exhaust and 18" wheels r tight as $%^#...
just think about this...maybe "kids" do spend too much time as "wont be beat" said or maybe they have different likings than you...it doesnt necessarily mean they waste their money or anything...and not that they dont look cool...or that they r fast as HELL and some may be jealous but people have their own opinions and likings...u know...sorta like sports or hobbies...some like different ones than others and stuff...
i personally like all that stuff so i have ot stick up for everyone...and im not a young kid anymore either...hey...just think...they could be speding their money on a lot worse things such as drugs...if the whole world would spend their money on their cars the world would be a much "tighter" place...no more drugs and lots of pimp *** cars

hey hey hey. i like fart pipes and 18" rims. but i agree with you with the 4 foot wings, not my taste but you can't hate on those who do like them. let them be and the world would be a better place..(how corny is that?)...

 

There's really nothing TO understand. In life there are players and there are posers. Ricers are the latter.

I hate posers, but there are so many of them and I only have two fists and limited time. Besides, beating up a ricer carries the same legal penalties as beating up a real human being, so I settle for putting them in their rightful place...my rear-view mirror.

 

It still bothers me that people can be so closed minded like yourself. You'll probably be a lot happier person if you learn how to deal with adversity and differences in people and accept things for what they are.

 

I don't like some loud exhausts...especially tanabi. I myself am looking to get an apex. As for the wheels, they do look pretty sweet with your car slammed. And as for the wings...I like some but definitely not the "4 footers"

Well some people just have strange priorities. Sometimes on the way to work there's this 4G Accord DX that's totally falling apart. You know, faded paint, dents galore, non-painted bumpers, rusted out Midas exhaust, each windows has a different shade of tint, etc. Anyways it's got a big *** new wing on it. There are even lights on the ends of the wing. I'm sure the wing is worth more than the car.

 

if you hate ricers than buy a domestic.....these people are also car enthusiasts just like we are, they are just more enthusiastic about the looks than others are
we talk about them as if they are inferior, wouldn't you feel stupid if you got spanked by a car that you had just laughed at
IMHO, rice stands for the idiots in our group that think a wing or big exhaust or stickers make them better than everyone else, not just the pure and simple fact that they have one

wings only do something when the rear wheels are powered. since its front wheel drive the wing would only work up front.

 

You got something against ricers, it's style. I think what you are mistaking is us who know what we're doing for those who got those red and purple and brown cars.

 

i thin alot of people like myself don't know the differance. When i first got my ride i cleared eveything out altezzas in the back, AEM CAI, Greddy EVO, 17" MOMO ect.
Now that i look back on it i wish I had saved up for another engine or another car. I think alot of ricers are getting miss information and others just like it. For the record thou i have no wing, stickers or any of that stuff. I got a 3 inch tip, and i lovemy rims. The make me handel 100% better low pro all day.

Morgan is right. Basically I am getting sick of everyone complaining of what everyone does to their own car. It is your car, your money, do what you want. Don't expect everyone to like it, and no matter how clean it is, there are gonna be haters. The sweaty rhino butt comments were more of an attempt to inject some humor into my post.
