Default tiny electrical prob???

I went to take my girlfriend home last night and my dash lights didnt come on ... i live in michigan and its like 55 during the day and went down to 20 last night. Everything in my car works all the lighting and everything just the two gauges (speedometer and fuel/bettery) arent lighting up at all. Is there some kind of fuse or something? It hast worked all day either.

More than likely the bulbs have burnt out, youll need to take off the back panel from the gauge cluster housing, and remove the 4 screws holding it in. You should be able to manuever it to get to the bulbs without having to actually remove the whole thing, but removing it would be easiest.

Honestly I'm not sure, I had purchased an extra gauge cluster to get the tach from it so I've never had to buy them. I'm sure if you pop one out and take it up to an autozone, kragen, pep boys or any other car place they can find it for you. You may also be able to get them from the Honda dealership but I don't know if they sell them separately or how expensive they might be.

nope, these suckers are Honda only.. not expensive though.

Really easy to figure out which is burnt out.

Method 1. Remove/replace. Just change the bulbs around in the back and see if a different one stops working to figure out which is burnt out.

Method 2. Take out 1 bulb at a time and get a digital multimeter. Set it to do a continunity test and touch each probe to each side of the bulb's contact. If its good your meter will beep, if its bad no sound at all.

Good luck (btw takin the cluster out is REALLY easy )
