cable tranny adjustment

Hey all I have a 90 crx si as most of you know, all stock, Im wondering which way to tighten the cable tranny is it clockwise or counter clockwise??? any thing I should know before I do this? I know where its at but I dont know which way to turn it. Thanks

im not 100% sure, but i think its clockwise...

Yeah Im kinda wondering if its the old righty-tighty rule or not, if someone could confirm I think it would save me a little time thanks all
