I need some help with this civic. Gsr motor is in but will not turn over. Anybody know what it could be? I turned the key you can here the sound of the fuel pump i guess and you can crank but the engine will not turn over unless you spray some igniter spray on it. I just got the complete swap 2 days ago. I put knew spark plugs and wires on it and 93 octane fuel. Any suggestions?

gotta be more specific. do you hear the fuel pump? or is there nothing at all?

 

starter clicking at all? fully charged battery? condition of motor verified?
also things to look for (spark, fuel, compression)
