Ok, I had an installer put a new windshield in my car. He used this orange tape to cover the moldings around the windshield. I went to take it off today and the ******* tape pulled off some paint which really pisses me off. I even made sure to pull it off nice and slow. Has anyone ever had this happen? If so did you have the guy reemberse you or did you have them pay for getting it fixed?

 

why don't you call the company and bitch instead of sitting here waiting to find out what you should do. you know tape isn't supposed to pull paint off...you know its not your fault... call the manager and ask him what the hell he is going to do for you.

end of story.

Yes it was the original paint. IT's the color on the car of my avatar.

get a job and save up for a paint job...

 

thats some super duper adhesive tape...or paint that was gonna come off anyways
