Default White FiLm build up on headlights

HEY i have this white buildup on the outside of my headlights....when it gets wet it goes away...but when it dries it shows up again..do u know what i can do?

They sell cleaner that will help get rid of it, although it will come back in time. Autozone should have something. Dont know the name though. One of my friends has a civic that does the same thing real bad. It takes about a month to come back. He keeps cleaning every couple weeks and it looks perfect.

get some "never dull" from walmart and some very light grit sandpaper...it took me about an hour or two of scrubbing to finally get mine crystal clear...i wish i wouldve taken pics of before and after cus thats how bad it was...

Wise choice. You can also wet sand your lights with the lightest grit sandpaper you can buy and plenty of water. Lightly sand, polish, and than seal with a hard wax.

i had this problem i just used car wax and it hasnt come back in over a year and a half
