no ground wire, effects

Default no ground wire, effects

well the other day at the track i wheel hopped horribly and it snapped my groun wire from the valve cover, what ill effects can this cause. car runs and starts fine still

Nothing that could really feel being stock. But if its a built motor i heard ground wires help out alot. But for now you have nothing to worry about just get it fixed when you can.

i don't think it will effect anything, because when i first bought my car, i had a ground wire, but it wasn't connnected to the valve cover, i finally noticed it last week, and put it in the right location, and i didn't feel a difference, so you should be fine, but i would still replace it if i were you

nothing. I have'nt had a groud wire thier for years.
(btw) 22psi built block.

it's worthless. take a meter to it if you don't beleave me.
