Default 19,254rpm

Anyone watch the Malaysian Grand Prix? BAR Honda's Jenson Button came in third on the podium after Michael Schumacher's Ferrari and Juan Pablo Montoya's Williams-BMW. The Honda V10 looked strong (well, at least for Button, teammate Takuma Sato suffered engine failure with 3 laps to go in the race):

FERRARI is still dominant, but it looks like HONDA is competitive this year being consistent. fingers crossed.

I watched it, F1 is quite big here I am a big fan.

one thing to keep in mind that rpm was during a downshift, still nice, but the cars don't go that high under load, the highest they go under load is 18700rpm or so, I have seen 1 or 2 go to 19000rpm but this is only on downshifting.

BTW. Did you notice the huge powerband when they slow down for the slow corners?

Awesome. NASCAR rules all in the U.S., unfortunately. Watching people make 500 left turns doesn't really excite me

the problem wit the BAR engine was they were tryin' to make it lighter but then it made the internals less durable.

if street car revs up to 20K probably we'll only use 4 gears...
