What type of suspension? Is the spring seated completely on both sides? What are you using to measure this height difference? Are the springs the same length when you remove the load?

I have stock struts and and lowering spring. The spring is seated all the way down. It is really noticable height wise. I measure from the lip of my rim to the fender and it was 1 inch diffence? Why i dont know? please help.

So when you take the load off of the springs, are they the same length?
