Default euro light for honda LX??

I just got this 94 Honda LX, and i really want to do a euro rear fog. I have seen my friend do it on his jetta but now i want to do it on my honda. Unlike the rest of the Honda's I have seen the gen 5 Honda's have a upper red tail light that is unused.. I want to be able to put in my rear fog here. I have used photoshop to depict what i am trying to do. Please tell me if anyone knows how to do this conversion.

This is what my light currently looks like

This is what I want my tail light to look like

i dont get that whole rear fog light thing, nor do i understand why its useful......
are u sure that top part isnt used??? i guess you just splice the wire your rear running light line and connect it to a bulb in the top of the housing.....

<= hasnt seen someone else driving his car in a long time and has not idea what the rear tails look like

the top section doesn't even have bulb housing to place a bulb in...you'd have to custom cut one into the plastic if you really wanted to do this...

Alright here it goes, first i have edited the pictures so it is clear what i am trying to do. As for the purpose, this is used in europe to show which side the driver is on, i know in the picture it is on the wrong side but this was the only picture i could find to edit. I think that this looks pretty hot and that is why i want to do it, why else do we do mods to our cars!? as for splicing the wire i would like to run a switch to turn this on and off do you know the voltage and such to be able to do this??

Those lights look the EXACT same.....

so you want to put a fog light in your rear tailight, my first question is: WHY???
My second question is: Are you that bad at backing up??
My 3rd question is: What function is this providing?
