AVID mounts are good stuff. we sell them and use them on customer swaps and our crate motor packages. they line up great and no hassle on the swaps ever with the AVID mounts and linkage.

the urethane in the avid mounts wears out kinda faster then the hasport... as far for the traction bar i have a set so does my friend we have problem mounting it to the frame!!! we ended up putting spacer to make to work but after that it works great on a all motor crx R and my b16 turbo

I actually heard of them one day. they are a Canadian company about 20 min away from me. I emailed them and asked what their prices are in (internet website had good prices if in CDN), but noo, prices are in USD on their website. I hate it when canadian companies do that.

they wanted the same price as hasport mounts when they are 20 min away. I'd rather buy hasport. tested and true.

Avid mounts = 349$USD
Hasport = 399$USD

Well its seems that for a little bit more, you can buy the Hasport Mounts, and Im sure majority of the people will tell you the same thing, just get the Hasport, you get Lifetime warranty and you should know about quality and reviews about them if you are part of H-T.
Just save them pennies alittle longer, it will be worth your time!

you get lifetime guarantee on the Avid mounts aswell. They also guaranteed me that a JDM 4-1 will clear with their mounts and crossmember. That is a huge bonus! I think I will try them on my car since they are a Canadian company. They are not billet unfortunately, and that might be why they are a bit cheaper.

I made a couple of call's the last few days and I guess they aren't to bad.They are welded steel, with a poly insert with a steel disk in the center. And the Hasport are billet aluminum so the Hasport look alot better, plus better warranty. About 200-300 dollar difference between the two though. I still say save for the Hasports!
