in my eyes 18 pounds is way to much for stock sleeves

really? because i don't think the boost matters, its the power/cylinder pressures you have to worry about. The thing that all you are missing is that the only thing limiting his power potential is his injectors which will max @ ~300whp. The stock sleeves can hold 500whp rather easily. especially with the ideal r/s ratio of the b16a.

I personally made 310whp, stock b16a @14psi

B16a2
je piston, crower rods
fierra valve springs/ret.
8:8 comp.
440 cc inj.
t3/t4 60-1
stage 3 hondata w/B
15 psi (stock map sensor)
275 whp 195 tor.

Its all about the tuning baby! I don't care what you have i bet a b16 block (with proper tuning) could hold around 400-500 hp. <--- any thoughts?

at about 14psi i would say ~325whp sounds right. i wouldnt go above 16psi without race fuel.

also your 440's wont do much more than that without jacking up your fuel pressure

a built b16 could probably hold 400-500 no problem, but not a stock one....I put down 306whp/215wtrq @ 12 lbs on a stock JDM b16a motor and I am soon to be in the process of getting my other JDM b16a block built, but that won't be for a few months.....

We typically make ~325-330 whp on stock B16's with C16 at about 14-15 psi. If you run pump with about 10 psi or so, expect to make around 270ish.

Stock sleeves are good to a hell of a lot more than 18 psi. Our 'teg (B16 block w/ pistons and rods) was making 520 whp 390 tq on stock sleeves until a wrist pin went bye-bye.

your set up is pretty decent, a common rule of thumb is 10 horse for every pound of boost, BUT thats if you have have proper management IE: after market fuel pump, ignition ect. Stock honda cranks are forged and can hold up to 500 horse so you should be all set with a rebuilt b16 and a factory turbo kit built for it. My guess would be somewhere around 310 horse
good luck!

We typically tune the cars (stock B series) for C16 on 15 psi (so customers can run them on good gas at the strip) and then turn it down to 10 or so for pump gas (91 is the best we get around here ).....

Like I said above, typically around 270 on 91 pump, but it'll vary between 250-275 depending on the setup and how good the components are, size of exhaust, good intercooler, etc.....
One guys hatch went 13.3 @ 109 on 10psi and pump (B18C1), full weight and drag radials......

I'm not sure what turbo comes with the revhard kit, but turbo and injectors are gonna be the things needing upgrading for 400-500 whp. If you don't already have a 3 inch exhaust, get one, and think about having a 3 inch DP made as well.....

Like I said, we know for a fact stock sleeves in B16's are good for 500+ with good rods and pistons, it's just a matter of fuel and boost to get there (as long as you don't break a wrist pin that is )
