Default Help with Neuspeed Short Shifter

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone has installed a Neuspeed Short Shifter to their Prelude. I have a 5th Gen 97 prelude and need some instructions on how to install the product. If anyone could send me a link or let me know how they went with their install.

Thanks

Ozluder

Cool thanks. Yeah I've got the instructions that they provided when I bought it. I just thought someone might have one with pictures and stuff. Did you find that you had to cut around the boot or anything or was it simply a nice fit and the product did as it should?

Neuspeed only makes an adapter. The install should be pretty straight forward.

yeah, thats what i thought...that is a piece of cake to install. It took me longer to take off the center console than it took me to install the adapter!!

In step 7 of the instructions it tells you to cut out some of the shift boot frame. Did you do this? I've put everything back on without filing or cutting the boot frame and everything seems fine. It says on the instructions "see reverse side for detail photos" yet when I turn over all i've got is a blank page.

If anyone can help with pics of what part they cut out of the shift boot or any diagrams or pics please.

Thanks
