Default help please my h22 out! idle issues, and mount/ or axels

ok guys heres the deal. I just took my car into a local shop where i trust the owner/mechanic, to see what this clunking noise was that happens only sometimes when the momentum of the cars changes. (only at slow speeds) he said he'd have to put it up on the lift and take a look underneath but he can't till monday, but that it was probably the axel/ boot or the rear motor mount might be in wrong. (it isn't broken though) cause it's in their good and doesn't move at all when i shift. He said that about 7 out of 10 times people put the rear mount in wrong with h22 swaps. ?? any ideas?? this ever happen to anyone? I've kinda decided it's got to be something with the axels cause when i hear the clunk i can feel it by my feet , anyone with accord h22 swaps have axel issues?

well my other problem is that he adjusted my idle for me real quick cause it was at like 400 and felt like it was always going to stall. he changed it to like 900, but ever since then theres a knocking sound coming from the left side of the valve cover. what could this be? should i try resetting the ECU?? if so how?

i talked to Brian at Prospeed who did my swap, and he was real cool about it, just gotta bring it in when i get a chance, but i won't have time till like wed/thurs cause it's like an hour+ drive. Just thought i'd get a heads up on what the problem might be. thanks alot to anyone that answers
