Can someone list the things need to be done to tune-up a car. My car has over 90k. Besides changing the waterpump and timing belt, what else should I change?

 

the spark plugs, plug wires, cap and rotor
all of the coolant lines
tranny fluid, brake fluid, oil
new filters
the list can go on and on

 

your owners manual should get you covered.

 

90k mile tune up:

oil/filter
adj. parking brake
retorque suspension
brake pads/rotors/fluid
check brake lines
axel cv boots/joints
adjust valves
allignment
coolant
brake fluid
all belts
distibuter cap/rotor
fuel filter
head gasket
valve cover gasket
power steering gasket
intake manifold gasket
throttle body gasket
exhaust manifold gasket
cam seals
timing belt


thats shouldpretty much cover it. not all of these things NEED to be changed neccessarily, but should be thuroughly inspected. Enjoy!
