Does anyones car lag in the winter

I got my ls in september when it was warmer out it ran great, once the cold weather and snow came my car seems to not have as much get up to it, just seems to lag a little more, is this normal ,has anyone else experienced this with their car?

it should run better, hence "colder air". how many miles on the car?..have you gotton the 30k, 60k, 90kmile tune up?
