For the cutout I just cut it from the driverside and cut a piece from the passenger side and switched them. I used a plastic weld product and a flexible body filler to clean it up.
HVY those TE's look BITCHIN on your car!
Here's a few of mine before the unfortunate chain of events forced me to sell it
A week after i took these pics i got a Mugen style flushmount with with carbon fiber layed on it. I have a DA now though, so its time to start my journey all over again
