I just went into my nearest Kawasaki dealership where a buddy of mine works yesterday because he called me and said they just got a new ZX-10R in! So I rushed down there to look at it. I get there and when I see it I am just awstruck. It's even more beautiful in person. Magazine pictures just don't do this motorcycle any credit. So of course I had to sit on it, start it, and rev it. Sounds damn good. I want one. Called another buddy of mine to come down and look at it. He rode his 00 R1 down and as soon as he saw it and started it, he started to fill out the credit app papers and was trading in his R1. They couldn't approve his credit, so that's a bummer. Oh well. Just thought I'd tell you guys that story. It's a sick bike.

The ZX10R is the new Badboy.....Nothing compairs!

I have a 03' ZX6R and that ZX10R feels about the same size yet makes about 50 more WHP..Scary to think about it being my bike is fast enough!

It's the same width as the ZX6R, but just a tad longer. I'm 6'5" tall, and I felt really comfortable on it. Like I could do a 2000 mile trip on it. I love it.

 

Yeah I saw it like 5 days ago at a local dealership!!! Pics do not compare to seeing it in person. It was a Burnt Orange, with a black frame and black rims. Looks amazing. The guy at the dealership told me he already sold 3.

 

yeah, that zx10 is a powerful bike. It came out as the bike w/ the best tq and hp in recent reviews on the dyno. the only thing I don't like about them is the "Flimsy" gas tank. The gas tank wobbles around left to right, when you go to see it, try wobbling the tank when you sit on it, it wobbles a lot (at least the 4 ZX10R's I've seen last Dec. at the bike show did).

 

Also if you guys get a chance, see if the salesman will let you start it and rev it a little. The thing just sounds awesome and the throttle response is superb.

 

He had a 00 r1 and they wouldn't let him trade it in? is his credit that bad?
