aight guys...i just got in a direct bolt-in carsoud cat for my 96 gsr....my original cat has 2 holes for the o2 sensors...but the carsound only has 1 hole after the cat...was i shipped the wrong one? or am i just supposed to hook up the primary o2 sensor in the hold...and disconnect the secondary? thanks guys...n btw...i did search...n the fact that i didn't find anything about this makes me lean toward carsound sending me the wrong cat

You should have 2 bungs in your cat for a 96 GSR.

BTW - definitely dont pay to ship it back, that should all be their cost, since they are the ones who fucked up. Get them to compensate you, they should know better.

 

aight man...definately...i'm not payin anything more than the original cost to get it...i just wasn't sure if it was possible to just bypass the secondary o2 sensor and only have the primary after the cat...trick the ecu into runnin harder...but i guess not..thanks for da help man

 

actually, you can have a new o2 bung welded on the carsound cat. mine didn't have any, and I went to the muffler shop and welded both onto the carsound cat.

 

oh...really audio28? how much did they charge you? i'm takin my car to da track on sat...i know it won't make that big a diff...but it'd be nice to have it on before i run....
