I installed 97 prelude cd player in a 95 lude and somehow only 3 rear speakers work, not the 2 front speakers. anyone knows why? also, does the 92-96 model come with stock cd player? if so, i might as welll get the old one.

 

humm, well i'm assuming you cut the plug off of your 95 harness because the 2 harnesses aren't the same, so i'd check and make sure you have all of the speaker colors right, and i think the 92-96's only had changers, i could be wrong though, just buy an aftermarket deck

 

There is no reason why that should happen the harness is the same for 4th gen and 5th gen I put a 97 cd player into a 92 and it worked perfectly no problem. Try putting the original cd player in and see if the same problem happens because there is no reason for that to happen.
