Default Would this be a good setup for my 98 intergra LS?

I was thinking about buying the GREDDY EVO2 fully stainless steel cat-back system, Greddy 4-2-1 Stainless Steel Headers and an AEM cold air intake. Would that be a good starter??

get a high flow cat or a test pipe also

and it's header not headers, your engine only needs 1 header

Agreed. Everything else looks good for some starting mods.

i'd save up and get a better header . . . and also ask yourself if you wanna go n/a or turbo if turbo i wouldnt even waste the money on a header if n/a get a good bigger one

Looks good to me, just don't buy a header when you want to go turbo, that is just money wasted. Try to get a 2.5 collector if you want some natural aspirated beast.

yeah go get a 2.5in collector and watch u're torque plummet

any good tuner can tell you that piping diameter is key to any setup.
I'm not going to go into full detail on this because there's a plethora of info on team-integra.net.

Firstly though, if your just going basic boltons...
go with a header that has a 2inch collector (comptech TIG, Greddy)
then get a Carsound 2.25inch cat (removing your cat destroys the environment and gets you a whopping 2hp max on a non-turbo application)
then get an exhaust with 2.25inch piping like the stock ITR exhaust (one of the best flowing stock exhausts on the planet) or the very good Comptech exhaust. Don't go up to 2 3/8in unless you plan on getting hot cams, pistons, etc. 2.5in is for a full out NA race motor (high rpm hp only, say goodbye to low end torque if you pop this on your LS)

The most important thing though is to buy the parts for the power you want to make, if you plan to go turbo soon then get 2.5in system, but if you just want a daily driver stick to 2.25in. This means that you'll only have to buy parts once and not waste your money.

ya those parts sound good. And yes i would go with a comptech header over the greddy. Its 4-2-1 for better torque and flows just as good as jdm header at higher rpm's.
