Default am i missing something

below/beside the block code, there's a hole in my block and you can see what i think is the flywheel, is there suppose to be some kind of rubber piece there?

dont worry about it, dirt never reaches that far up. jus put a piece of tape over it, if your that worried

I actually kept staring at that empty hole. So I went to a Honda dealer thinking how much could a rubber seal cost. It's about $2.50. Anyways, I didn't want stuff getting in there either. If you use tape, you better hope it doesn't melt or fall in! If it bothers you that much, buy the plug.
