Default Falkens up front, crap in the back, still high speeds?

Well I just orderred a set of Falkens azenis 205/50/15. Thats really all I have the money for right now is for them on the front.

There mounted on 15" slipstreams.

I need an opinion. If I have these Falkens on the front, and some descent but still not performance goodyears on the rear. WIll I still be able to bring my car up to high speeds?

Ive never really wonderred but do back tires blow at high speeds for FWD car or just the fronts.

Dont wanna bring my car up to 130 or over and have the rears go.
Any help or opinions?

No matter what tire is where, if its a shitty tire and its not rated for speeds oh say above 100 and your just slammin your car, they are going to heat up fast, sidewalls will flex, youll get it all......

Dont drive like a madman until you get all 4 azenis.....and you know now once you get the back two azenis then you'll have uneven wear from the front two already being installed.

Id hold up on mounting the azenis until you can get the other two, then do all 4's.

But my front 2 tires were slashed (winter *****) and I got a sick deal on these 2 new falkens ($100) so I just bought them on the spot because I needed something

I guess Ill just find the ratings on the goodyear rears and not exceed that til I can afford another set of falkens.

Im waiting on my t4 government money so wont be for a good month

WTF .. why would you want to be doing 130MPH ?? hopefully not often, or on public highways for that matter? thats just stupid if you ask me, just a death wish.?????????????? Especially if you dont have a supported frame and rollcage......... ??? a collision at roughly 45mph is like having your car dropped off a 5 story building..?? unless you have a good reason.

I can tell you what the speed rating of your goodyears are if you go out and look on the tire, they are prob. T rated which is good up to like 90 range I believe its been a while.

I just always thought you front tires were under the most strain and the back would be cool.

b16 tops at 105 or 110 right?

Why do I go to these speeds? Because I enjoy the rush and I dont do it in traffic. I do it at night on the highway on long stretch back roads or the occasional stop light.

Funny I've had my D15!!!! up to over 105ish (obviously using the stock speedo which god only knows how acurate it is after seeing how bad the tachs are)

Hell i even had my 86 sedan up over 100 between boston and NY when a freind was in the hospital (hills and tail wind may have been involved in this one)

What's more important, your 5 second rush or your life? Seriously, stop being retarded and stay off the gas until you get some real tires. I was expecting this to be in reference to dragging, or something else that actually requires 130 mph.

hah.. yeah me too, then i realized that he most likely wont be going faster than 90mph in 1/4 mile, unless he has some huge set up.

This is why there are so many stupid drivers on the road, they aren't smart enough to take into consideration the natural laws of physics, or the repercussions of something actually happening.

I've had my Integra up to 140 a few times with Azenis, and that's pretty damn scary. I would not recommend going fast on cheap tires at all. Whose knows what will happen!

Watch out for the curves!!! crappy tires plus lift will give you some mad crazy oversteer.
