hehe np man. btw there is no "better". there's stiff and not so stiff. depends what you want out of it. I personally run skunk2s which are 450 front and 350 rear (some of the stiffest you can get) and the handling is excellent. A world of different from stock. But I need new shocks because it can be a bit bouncy.
An larger spring rate determines how resistant the spring will be when a force is applied to it.
so yes... a stiffer spring
IMO - both companies produce great springs
for exact spring rate goto team-integra.net and read their spring article, then make your choice
hope that helps

I would say that Eibach is the better way to go for a daily driver that just needs to be lowered. If you want to autox or track it, Neuspeeds would probablly be better because of a little higher spring rate.
eibach sportlines are way too low. I'd say pro-kits for a daily driver...since tire wear becomes an issue with sportlines. Have you ever been in a car that as 450 spring rates? GC is great, but if your not competing....i'd advise pro-kits....make sure you get some performance shocks(KONI gets my vote) if you decide to go with spring rates in 450 & > (stock shocks can't handle those spring rates)....and pair the setup with some GC honda mounts
Albeit two different cars and spring rates (92 Integra LS w/ 1.8'' neuspeeds and 90 Prelude Si w/1.5'' eibach pro kit both with tokico blues), believe it or not, my integra feels more comfortable than my brother's Si with eibachs.
Well neuspeed springs are stiffer, better for taking any corners. The eibach springs aren't as stiff because they are progressive. In other words, some spots on the eibachs are stiff and some spots are soft.
Having both sets before... Eibach are hands down the better set. I think a lot of members brought up good points that should be considered. One for example is that we're daily drivers and when having springs that have high spring rates, the ride is going to be uncomfortable. Second think shocks too. Springs and shocks work hand and hand. Having stiff spring with stock shocks is going to blow your stocks fast.
I really think this topic deserves a seach since I'm sure it's been covered before.

Sportlines are not low at all. I have a 2 finger gap with 17"s on the front! =P

Even though nobody mentiuoned them or even knows about them, I HIGHLY suggest http://www.goldlineonline.com
Produced from a former tech of Eibach, they have the same features and drops and Eibach springs, 1/2 the price.

Goldline makes really good springs. Stiff springs but yet gentle ride. Eibach's ride just like Goldlines but are overpriced. Neuspeed is just plain crap. Neuspeed provides a very bumpy ride which can be annoying as hell. I personally like H&R's. All my friends and I ride Tein/JIC/Skunk Ground Control Coilovers, and H&R springs.
