i hate how my stock civic antena looks.. so damn big. Is there any ways to get ride of it? Maybe somrthing like an S2000 one or somthing that get better reception than the stock one?

i was bumming around on the net and i saw a how-to on an s2000 antenna install on an ITR it looked PHAT as hell. the little black antenna in front of the itr spoiler. i cant find it tho. maybe someone else has seen it.
i also want to get rid of my POS antenna. 5g antennas suck.

 

anyone have a S2K antenna on a EG?

 

I was contemplating shaving the stock antenna, and putting a antenna from a altezza or something similar on it... ya know centered in the back... I dont know for sure yet though if Im oing to do it or not.

I had my stock antenna shaved and i've got a VW style centered on the roof of my 00 Si. Maybe i'll get some decent pics of it soon to post. The newer one is amplified and works great. It's one of the best things i've done to the car by far.

I also have one of those fuba antenna's on my eg hatch. I still have to get the spot where the old antenna shaved. I believe I paid $70 for the antenna and install at Hurley's Audio, Navigation and Security in Northern VA.
