Default DIY Polished lip?

anyone have a how-to on making a polished lip? i have 16" gunmetal c-8s and i think it would look better with a polished lip. any help wiil do. i searched already. didnt find any DIY's

If this is the guy the polished his HXs and powder coated the center red then this kats gots skills! Those HXs look like GABs and shizzle.....pimp!

Alot of elbow grease and time. I have a couple of buds who used to ride bikes back inthe day and polished evrything on there Bike that could be polished by hand with the help of a dremel also. It shouldnt be that much if you take it to a shop. I know a local place who would do it for like $100 for all 4.
