question about the k20 blocks.

I'm thinking about getting an Ep3 soon, but before i go and buy it, i would like to know some informration about it as far as mods go. I dont know much about the Kseries yet, but i'm snooping around kseries and ephatch.com to learn somemore.

questions:

1. are the k20a3 and k20a2 blocks the same block?

2. can you just put an rsx-s head on the Si block as a direct bolton? any problems? performance gains?
