i was wondering how much this swap would cost and the difficulty... and also if i do how much do u think i can get my ls motor for if i was to sell it. it has about 80,000 miles on it

 

theres plenty of topics do a search.. 1200 for ur whole swap i would guess

 

The hard part is getting the engine in bay.. some cutting will be needed

 

swaps pretty stragiht foward, i found the hardest part to be the shifter cables, search is your friend on this swap, i got all the needed info off this site honda-tech

 

this was one of my early choices and i chose not to do it cuz its a pain in the ***. Shoe horning this bug motor into a teg chasis isnt too hard but its a damn tight fit. U also loose a/c and with some mount kits u also lose power steering. Good engine for the car, just was too much work for me. ball park number i got was about 1500. thats assuming everything doesnt go as planed (and it never does)
