Default Anyone retrofit HID's on their bikes?

I was taking a look at the area surrounding the headlights, is there enough room for a ballast/starter? I'm almost sure my bike uses H4s ('02 cbr600f4i). Anyone install a HID kit on their bike with sucess? How is the beam pattern? Phillips has a new 2 wire set that has low and high beam on one bulb, meaning I could get duel low beams on, with high beams also using both bulbs. Does this sound overkill? I just want those soccer mom's in their huge excursions and navigators to see me, so they don't run over me. Sound too unreasonable?

I have single beam HID's on an 8" PIAA lamp mounted as a headlight on my DR dirt bike. It works extremely well off-road, bright enough to light almost 200 ft down the road.

Two HID's on a street bike would probably be overkill. If you want the cagers to see you ride around with high beams on at all times.

I installed one set already, the low beam and it's killer bright. It overwhelms the stock high beam. The glare is little, but the spread is sick. Lights up the whole road. Every motorcycle has to come with HIDs.

maybe the HID on the high is overkill, just finished hooking that up. One is enough, but for complete spread and major blinding, the high beam does well. It really works out on the freeway driving late at night on sections that aren't lighted. You will actually be able to see ahead of you, safe enough to spot anything on the road or avoid any animals or such.

I dont think the F4i's are H4's cuz its only a single filiment bulb per side. I might be wrong. My gixxer is a H7..one side is highbeam one side is low beam.

I already found out it was H7, and there's plenty of room above the air intake runners. Just need to remove the resonators.

i did an HID system on my dad's Harley. $650 and 20 hours later, it works great. Too much light on a bike to be seen is NEVER overkill. People dont look anymore.
