Default tranny oil

how much tranny oil should a dx 5 speed tranny take ?

mine si tranny took a lil over 2 quarts of gm syncromesh . somewhere around that. pretty much untill its full. lol

Fill up the transmission using the fill hole until the fluid pours out. You can stick your finger in the fill hole to make sure that it is full. Use Genuine Honda Manual Transmission fluid.

well i used a bolt that was to the left of the axle, and it only took 1.5 quarts. thats why i was wondering, i thought it was 2 quarts but when it only took 1.5 got me kind of worried.

the bolt to the left of the axle is the fill plug right ?
