Default Damn clicking noises! Please help.

Ok, when i make sharp left turns I hear a really bad clicking noise coming from my front right, and also when i'm coming to a stop i get a lot of clicking from the same spot, Could this be my CVs or could it be my axles? The local guy at the shop said it could be my CVs and since he did the previous work he's gonna replace the right front CV tuesday. Probably at the beginning of next month i'm gonna get a 11.4" fastbrakes kit so if its the brakes it'll fix that. But has anyone else had this problem?

The boot near my caliper is slingin some grease too, and the boot around my ball joint is torn.

I doubt it's your brakes. It sounds more like a CV boot problem ---your CV boot is probably damaged and the grease all leaked out, then the dirt went in and damaged your axle. That's about all I can say. Do you need a new axle? I think the mechanic would have to decide. Be ready to pay!
